Dutch kickboxing is the striking system behind decades of K-1 and Glory champions. It's built on relentless forward pressure, long punch-kick combinations, and a low kick that ends fights. Zac Savage learned it at the source, as a black belt under Amsterdam’s Lucian Carbin.

In two hours you'll cover the Dutch guard and stance, how to string punches into kicks without telegraphing, how to set up and land the low kick, and how to keep pressure on without gassing out. Every drill is partner-based and live enough to matter. You'll leave with combinations you can use in sparring Monday.

Open to all levels. Krav students get striking depth that plugs straight into what you already train. Kickboxers and Muay Thai people get a different rhythm and a different set of answers. Bring gloves and shin guards if you have them; loaners available
