New here? Start with these classes

Most new students start with Krav Maga Fundamentals.

If you want a great two-class starter combo, try:

  • Intro to Krav Maga + Dutch Kickboxing

  • Intro to Krav Maga + Intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Beginner-friendly. No experience needed.

Choosing the right class

Beginner-friendly classes (open to new students):

  • Intro to Krav Maga (P1)

  • Krav Maga P1 & P2

  • Dutch Kickboxing

  • Intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

  • Kali - Knife and Stick

Continuing student classes:

  • Krav Maga P3 - P5 (not open to brand new students)

  • Krav Maga P5+ (not open to brand new students)

If you’re not sure where you belong, just ask a coach — we’ll point you to the right class

What to expect

You don’t need to be in shape to start — training is how you get in shape. No sparring required. Just show up ready to learn, move, and build real skills.

How to book

New students: start with two trial classes for $30 total.
Choose any beginner-friendly class on the schedule and sign up.
