Women’s Self-Defense Workshop (4-Hour Intensive)
A practical self-defense workshop for women — no experience needed.
This is a 4-hour intensive designed to give you real, pressure-tested self-defense skills you can use right away.
Forge Krav Maga instructor Tosca Necoechea will lead the workshop and guide you through a simple progression: awareness + boundaries + physical skills — trained in a way that actually holds up under stress.
You don’t need to be athletic.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be “tough.”
You just need to show up.

This workshop is for:
Women ages 12+
Total beginners (seriously — no experience needed)
Women who want to feel more confident walking in the city
Women who want real skills, not theory
Women who train already and want to sharpen fundamentals under pressure
Whether it’s your very first time training or you’ve done martial arts before — you’ll leave stronger, clearer, and more confident.
What You’ll Learn
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Escape common grabs, holds, and chokes
Strike with power using your body’s strongest weapons
Defend against bigger, stronger attackers
Recognize danger early and set strong boundaries
Build confidence through realistic scenario training
